• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Doesn’t he play same position as Sorinola? Wouldn’t have thought we’d be looking to spend decent money on another wingback

Surely we are desperate for a RWB? We don't have any natural RWB's at the moment?

I think the Downes money will be used to sign this fella, and Darling obviously, the rest towards running cost.

Definite fake, one of the kids who follow us own that account.

Not to say it won’t come true in time as we are in the market for a RWB and he’s name dropped us, but that’s just a wind up.

Even though we have had a "considerable out" already?
Here's a tip for Russ, stop keeping MK Dons afloat and get your scouting network earning its corn 🌽

Would prefer this lad to Christie, or both preferable. Still got years left, sell on value etc.

Problem is he will cost, not sure how much because he is going into his last year, but still more than maybe we have until these outgoings deals are sorted.

No chance of getting both. The club were quite happy to move Bids on leaving us short on the left. We’ll be short on the right too. One recognised wing back if Martin is lucky and then he’ll have to patch up with whatever he can. Which is why we’re fecked under these owners.

Why are we fecked, do you want us to go into debt again, in fairness we are being run the right way.

Again? The club is in debt now to the tune of around £13million.

I'm sorry, but we're not being run self-sufficiently. There's a massive gap between income and expenditure. And we're already in debt.

There's a reason we've not gone on a bit of a spend after selling Downes. That money is covering the shortfall this year.

Paul Warne was saying he wants to play up front, not wing back. Was arguably best player on the park Saturday.

Yeah he was brilliant all game, can’t see this deal happening now anyway seeing as we were after Drameh

After their manager's talk this week about wanting a huge fee for him they'll look very silly accepting any offer we'd make (which would be a few washers and book tokens).
