I don’t get these sentencing laws when it’s driving offences like this.
I’ve talked about it several times on Twitter and this prick is going to be out in less than two years.

That's awful. The punishment doesn't seem commensurate with the crime does it. If there was a fatality, maybe the sentence would have been harsher. But - the punishment should be equally harsh in both scenarios (the only difference being luck), IMHO.
