• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Just thinking over here in Luxembourg (it’s boiling hot here too), that for my £170, I’m getting each away game for the price of a pint at West Ham.

Indeed, I'm currently watching from New York.

(Ironic as I was actually there last week, lol)

They could turn the crowd noise up a bit

31 here in The Hague

How can the ref blow up at 47 mins when the water break was about 3 minutes?

Bloody hell, never thought Fulton was capable of that sort of skill! Would have been a cracking goal if that had gone in!

The good news is that we are moving the ball at faster than walking pace today, especially in this heat thats what you want when the other team is defending all the time.

The bad news is that the Sorinola in an attacking position experiment is clearly not working. I don't know how often he has actually been involved positively in an attacking move but its definitely not very high. If we had someone who could be a threat in that position like Congreve or Ntcham then I would be feeling a lot more positive about our forward play.

Seeing the optimism in this thread, on one hand I'm sorry I'm missing to game on the other hand I can't help thinking its setting up for a big disappointment second half.

If we do win, I'll aim to miss the next game too.

I was thinking that too, why are water breaks not added time? I never thought about it before no idea if thats how it usually is or not.

Is there progress in the process or is the squad still to young and tired, tune in next week to find out.

Better. Much better. But still not creating a whole lot.

But better. And I'll take that.

They should stop the clock for water breaks.

Come on lads. If the swans manage to win this second half then I will make another one of my swans shirt vids 😅
