People need to take responsibility too instead of the fucking blame game all the time.

People are being stupid Darran. Builth on Saturday night was like Royal Welsh week. People pissed in the street falling over each other. Thousands in one street with no social distancing.

Second wave? Surely we are still having the first one? Anyway I don't trust these figures, they seem kind of dodgy too me, I can see the Uk new case rate is increasing, but look at Spain, just over 3,000 new cases, and 9 deaths reported, compare that to the peak of the virus back in April, when Spain were close to a thousand deaths, and the new cases were around the 7,000 mark..

I think everyone has had a guts full now, I was watching the HTV Wales news earlier, and there was an elderly gentleman on there, and he said, Iv'e had enough of staying in , and said something like if the virus gets me, it gets me!

The bigger picture shows that there is considerable testing going on in the hot spot areas. Therefore don’t be surprised to hear about an increase in infection rates.

Infection rates are rising, death rates continue to decline. Which suggests that either more asymptomatic people are being tested, which you'd expect with the odd hotspot showing up, or that those currently being infected are less vulnerable.

Also a third factor that the more vulnerable are now more aware of the need for protection and will behave accordingly.

My understanding is that, only those with symptoms will be tested. It's certainly the case in the NHS

They’re doing door to door testing in some areas. They are testing loads of asymptomatic people in the ‘hot spots’. They’re also routinely testing in the NHS in England,

There is much blame over the relaxing of lockdown rules and what people are being asked to do (or more importantly that they are not always given clear and consistent guidance). And probably rightly so in that some of it has been very badly managed.

That said, there is much stupidity going on as well. The relaxing of lockdown has led a reasonable percentage of people to think it is all over and passed and life goes back to normal. That is what is causing the spikes abd they will continue. And the more widespread the spikes the bigger the problem becomes and quickly.

It isn't helped by this crazy desire to get people back into sports stadiums, sporting events and other mass events. Businesses trying to re-open offices when there really is no need and the like. Just accept that we need to retain cautiousness, keep common sense and maintain distance as much as is humanly possible and this will make it so much easier.

A lockdown in the sunshine of April was relatively easy to deal with - a lockdown of the shorter days and the rain and winds of November will be nothing short of torture.

Your understanding is incorrect.

The staff i know that work in Morrison and Singleton would confirm my understanding. They do not get tested unless they have symptoms.

And the ones who don't work in the NHS?
