I hope they had HP sauce, if they didn't I'd refuse to payAnyway, went to Gower Inn. The menu was a bit rubbish as it was mostly still festive specials (I’m a very fussy eater). Went for the ham, egg and chips, which consisted of half the pig I think. Couldn’t fault the grub, very nice. However, and I don’t know who was more shocked, me or the waitress when I asked for brown sauce. She looked at me as if I asked to take a shit on one of the tables! She said nobody has ever asked for it before that did spoil it a bit me.
They didn’t have any brown sauce at all. Had to put mustard on my ham and dip the chips in the egg yolkI hope they had HP sauce, if they didn't I'd refuse to pay
Glad you enjoy mate, there's a lovely dog trail if your interested from the Gower Inn, park in the car park and it takes you through the woods and you eventually pop out by Iliston Church, it's about an hours round trip back to the Gower Inn for a couple of pints. It's an ideal walk on a hot summer day because most is shaded by the trees and there is a lovely stream that runs all the way alongside the route for dogo to run in and out of...Anyway, went to Gower Inn.
