So if a comment is not meant as racist but is perceived as racist, is it racist? Rape comes down to consent, if you were asked to stop or told no in the beginning then it's rape.
In this country if you are accused of certain crimes you are treated as guilty from the start. Police have even witheld evidence proving an alleged rapist is innocent. It was whitewashed as a mistake etc but it happens far too often.
