• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

So, this guy has been with us a good few months now.

Let's have a look at his "highlights" so far.

Within days of being appointed, he was plastering bizarre shit all over the club's official social media accounts, half of which was a vehement denial of stuff that turned out later to be true (ie that Winter was leaving).

He had a huge personal role in bringing Duff to the club.

At the press conference to announce Duff, he aimed several pointed digs at Duff's predecessor, a man who (afaik) he never even met. It was at best unfortunate, at worst pig ignorant and rude.

At that press conference he gushed over how great Duff was, how he was the right man for the job, would deliver better results, a proper leader of men, blah blah blah. He literally couldn't be more wrong.

Coleman himself was held up by the club, and has personally been at pains to paint himself as, the "on the ground" solution to all the previous infrastructure problems we were having. I don't think it's unreasonable to say that right now, he appears to just be making everything worse.

I think it's high time that he started being called out on his bullshit, to be quite honest with you.

Sorry, but it needs to be said. The guy is a clown, and is making an already bad situation even worse. He's not fit to be a Chairman of a high profile UK professional football club and needs to be removed, quickly, before he can make any more mess.

Where is Coleman now, talking to the fans to explain WTF had gone wrong for the start of this season.

To be honest though, if you think about it, this clubs demise started with the yanks taking ownership and it's been a downwards spiral ever since. Until they clear off it's only going to get worse for this club. More likely to be relegated than go up.

To be fair to Duff, his record as player and manager is above that of Martins, regardless though it isn’t currently showing at present and it’s looking grim.

Isn't he in America for his mothers funeral?

Not for the last month he ain't been, this season been a disaster so far and he's in charge

Your question was where is he now.

His communication skills is a different question

He stated in his latest announcement that he would be missing the game last night as he was going to be back in America attending his mothers funeral.

He did say though that he would be watching the game in a bar over there.
