I don’t think it’s necessary for people to use their real identity when posting online. That can be as dangerous as unfettered anonymity. But before opening any kind of account someone should have to definitively prove their identity and whichever website it is should hold that information securely and release it to the appropriate authorities in the appropriate circumstances. At the moment there are too may thin skinned fools attempting to dox people for some perceived internet slight. These people often get it wrong and that can lead to real damage too.
I totally agree with the thin skinned comment
Maybe I'm thick skinned or thick o_O
I've always said it's the intent and not the words etc and that can get misconstrued in black and white.
