• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Also when they have finished answering any question challenge them on their answer dont just let them move on to the next question.

If we get combative we won't get anywhere. The smart play is to ask questions that lead them into tripping themselves up. Whilst there's been some very valid questions posed in this thread, asked the way they are written will just mean Coleman and Williams will shut down

Swansea City would like to provide the following update ahead of the fans’ forum scheduled for Tuesday, February 18 at the Swansea.com Stadium.

As previously communicated, the forum is due to start at 6pm and will finish at 8pm. Doors will open at 5.30pm.

The forum will take place in the stadium’s Day's Suite (level one) which is the stadium’s largest function room. Due to high interest, supporters are asked to register their interest in attending the event using the link below.

As the room has a maximum capacity, please only register if you are planning to attend. If registration numbers exceed room capacity, spaces will then be allocated in order of registration.

All other supporters will be put on a waiting list and contacted if/when spaces become available. We therefore request that if you register, but later find out you are unable to attend, please email support@swanseacity.com so we can offer your space to another fan.

The cut off to register will be 5pm Thursday, February 13. Once this date has passed, supporters will be contacted to be informed if they are among the attendees.
From further fan suggestions and queries, the club can also confirm the following:
The Q&A participants – head coach Luke Williams and chairman Andy Coleman – will be sat on a stage to assist supporters sat further back in the room in being able to see them.

The club will not be streaming the event live; however, the full fans’ forum will be released on official channels following the event.

Supporters who require BSL interpretation will be reserved a space near the front in order to best see the interpreters. These are the only seats which will be reserved.

🤣🤣

You have to register interest now, no suprise.

They can control numbers and supplying personal details might put a few off.

We still heard anything from Coleman the coward?

Let's see hey, I would say the choice is going to be taken away from a lot of us.

It's going to be a selection too suit from the biggest cowards of all at the club.

How are the club, or anyone else, able to determine that there is ‘high interest’, sufficient to demand pre registration / vetting, when it was an open, come if you like, event?

It’s simply not possible. The statement is based on an untruth.

So what are the chances that this will be anything other than a nonsense?

The main question from the Selected Happy Clappers will be the temperature of the Hot Dogs
Fuk ing waste of time

‘It was purely by chance that Coleman’s and Williams’ extended families, friends, golf buddies and Trust board members happened to be the first to register, so can’t blame us, the attendees were free to ask any questions they wanted…’

Fuck 'em.

No real fan should bother with this. Waste of time.

Let them carry on as they are - it's what they want to do and what they're going to do anyway, regardless of whether 100s turn up to this, or it's just one man and his dog. They won't listen. They don't listen.

Keep voting with your feet, like many have been this season in increasing numbers . That's the only language these people understand. It's the only way they'll start thinking about the way they do things.

Aye, it really is Carry On Regardless. A huge farce that’s wouldn’t have even been funny in 1970.
