Considering the potential risk of injury to a player under contract to another club?
I honestly can't say I can think of many examples of this before

It is a bit random to have a trial ahead of a loan. Normally a trial comes when the player has been told they are being released and a club will give a run out to see if they feel its worth pursuing

Odd that its been reported as trial ahead of loan - feels that could have been high risk for us
