• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

That’s a lot of money for a signing of this nature and a club in our position.

For the U21s I’m assuming? Seems to have a decent scoring record, and don’t against PSR rules do they?

The Scotland under-19 had six other options in Scotland, England, where Preston were in the hunt, and overseas but decided on the Swans.

He has been impressed with their plans to return to the Premiership and has also seen Luca Modric invest in them.

Manager Alan Sheehan also made a big pitch for Wales, showing he will become an immediate first-team member.

His stats are modest so I guess this move, should it materialise, is more down to video analysis and scouting than data. Although there may be data not available in the public domain that indicates his capabilities.

Moving early I like it. Looks very highly rated

Is he in Kilmarnock's first team?
Wow tnow that is one hell of a nice surpirse. Wasnt expecting much re transfer until June 14th

Played 27 on loan with alloa in scottish league 1 and 31 times for KIlmarnock in scottish premiere. Scored 5 for Killie but got 12 in 27 for Alloa. Sheehan has told him he goes into the first team not U21's. Only 19 yrs of age. 20 in June

Kilmarnock teenager Bobby Wales is an "elite striker" who should be fast-tracked into the Scotland squad along with Hearts forward James Wilson.

That's the view of Scottish coach and football analyst John Walker, "
