• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

The one definite with Bolasie yesterday. He’s no good up front as a central striker. He can’t hold up the play and gives the ball away cheaply. That’s one thing we’re glaringly lacking, a Bony, Llorente type who can hold up and allow the midfielders to play off them

If only we had a Ukrainian target man.

Having watched the Ukrainian target man playing for the U21 team i can assure you he is not the answer to our problems, very raw

Just got home from the match and Bolasie is unfit and Cullen should start ahead of him.

Good fight back and lots of character. Tymon and Yates are gash - we spunked some of the Piroe money on those two.

It'll take him the 8 weeks to get fit

So we've spent approx £2 million of our limited transfer budget on an injury prone striker who isn't ready for the first team?
Shambles 🙄

Think is with young raw talent they need to play first team football. If we had played him this season with 20 games or so under his belt by now he would have come a long way.

Just go back a few years to Gyokeres when he was with us, very similar profile and was young and raw. Had a run in Cov's team and look where he is now
