Are you suggesting that they were forced in to standing multiple times to become MP's? It really does matter because those people are responsible for the sh!tshow policies that we have to endure/live with. Very few of those elected are not self serving.

Some are, some are not forced.. some policies are followed through, some are not.. taxes are mainly accrued and released to tempt businesses to invest in the UK, these business directors were like you one day, stuck in a job and decided to go for it.. you're correct in that they're self-serving most of the time.. but they'll do something and there's bound to be someone to put a huge complaint in.. it's in the nature of people they serve

Then he buggered off when he realised how badly he’d fucked up. Which led directly to May, who led directly to Johnson who led directly to Truss and then to Sunak. It’s literally all on Cameron. To see him swanning back and being presented as some kind of safe pair of hands elder statesman and to see so many falling for it is astounding.
