Brewster

I don't get this. If no one meets their valuation surely there's someone in the Premier League prepared to give him assurances on game time. He's proved himself in the Championship, they need him to chance his arm at the next level now.

He ain't coming back and that's what I'll believe until proved differently.

He’s not ready for that level, you’re not going to chance your arm when you’re a club who simply can’t afford to carry players in a dog fight.

Finishing he’s probably the best about and I’m genuinely serious about that, but needs so much work on his all round game, this is best place for him imo.

You make some valid points. Still can't see it though.

I don't think Klopp rates him and looks like other teams in Prem don't think he's worth the gamble. I was expecting better to be honest when he signed, half decent finisher, but to be honest I was disappointed with rest of his game. Another year in Championship he needs.

Any one who thinks he's good enough to be in pools first team at the moment is deluded including brewester. Agree with the above.

This. Although Liverpool & Man City are so far ahead of us it’s almost a different sport so also not surprising that a 20 year old kid who has played half a season in competitive football is not good enough at this point - Brewster, from what I’ve seen, is a decent finisher & clearly bonds well with his team mates IF we were to get him back it would be a huge boost to the club/players/Cooper & us . . . . . . . but he still needs to work on his game, which if he even dreams of a chance of playing regularly for Liverpool should work in our favour.

I agree he has some developing to do and certainly not going to get regular guaranteed game time in the PL.
However a full season down here, in a team that could, with him and Ayew, be a good shout for promotion, will do his stock and confidence no harm at all.
He can return to Liverpool at the end of the season either more equipped to challenge for a first team place or (especially if things return to normal with crowds at games etc ) a more valuable asset for Liverpool to sell.
With the current situation re Covid, lots of clubs who would have taken a chance on him either buying or loaning will have to think carefully about affording him.
The sale of Celina and the extra million for Dan James may see us with funds to have Ayew and Brewster this season

Nixon reporting his team have met with Sheff Utd.

Liverpool look keen to get him off books completely which leaves us out of it unfortunately.

Ask them if we can have Oli McB back on loan

They've been talking since August.

Loan to us with option to buy if we get promoted please Kloppy boy.

Would be a nice to have, Rhian, however the last time we hung on to the Scousers' ass it only got us so far. By now I hope we are looking elsewhere.

Reports are saying Sheffield United have agreed a fee for him.

I think he'd fit in well there. Good signing for them if true.
