All day long take it as long as his wages aren't ridiculous.

Him at either AM or up top with Piroe and attack would be so much more potent

Think his wages are on about 35k a week but hes got one year left on his contract so there could be room to negotiate

We could probably go to £20k you'd think for a player of his quality? Always full of running, had a couple of very good seasons in this League and was in the team of the year.

Think he is a RW/10/CF from memory

Apparently offering us Vydra on top

Interesting one - player swaps rarely come off but Vydra plus say £2M would give it a certain appeal, particularly if Lowe is offski & at least one of Whittaker or Cullen likely to be out on loan.

Bit like Dobbie, up front or in the hole, can be used wide but not his position

Never rated Vydra at all to be honest. Not that it counts for anything in the least.

If Vydra finds his form he had at Derby and Watford then I’m all for it, 3-4M plus Vydra would be a good deal IMO.

£1.5m bid rejected according to Football Insider who I’m sure Peter O’Rourke runs

Football insider also states. Swansea Unable to offer new contract due to cutbacks. We'll settle for what we can get.

Well done Connor, thank you and good luck. Playing PL football will benefit Wales team too.

All the best Connor.

I'm sure he appreciates the PL wages he'll be earning and I don't think for a second he was going to stay here on half the wages or whatever, but the comments BBC Sport have from him hardly sound enthusiastic about his new club:

"I’m here now and it’s a new challenge and something I really want to make positive and the only way I can do that is by playing well and giving absolutely everything when I get called upon."
