I'd rather be chained to a radiator with Gemma Collins than watch that shyte.

Bit mean, not the kids fault, and they do good things with the money.

Yeah Terry Wogan got very rich out of it so that’s a good thing they did with the money.

Did he f**k, he got paid £9k in 1980, and they just never bothered changing it, for whatever reason.

You earn more than that in interest, in one day.

Collected money for Aber Uni Rag Children in Need one day in Newport in 1988. Got about £150 just standing there. Since then CIN has done loads of good obviously, but surely, the vast majority, if not ALL of the good causes they raise money for should be provided for by Central Government.

We’d pay for it through higher taxes if that happened, and people wouldn’t feel as good about handing over their cash to the government not believing that it was going to the deserving causes.

You are so bleeding reasonable! In an ideal future Star Trek world there is no money. People work for the sake of it.

Agree Bryn. There’s a lot that should be provided for and run by the State that isn’t. Care homes for starters as in Sweden. There is a place for smaller local charities that are voluntarily funded though. They can be flexible.
