Can I just mention a possibility here? I like living in Swansea, a lot of people do, a lot of people don't. We've seen players turn up and thrive and other high quality players who most definitely did not. Perhaps he just didn't much like living here and when he got to the playoff final decided that gave him a CV to take to the market. He's married, perhaps his wife didn't like it? I don't know and I doubt many others do. There is more to life than the club - heresy I know, but there it is.
