If anyone reckons we're going to shell out on compo to sack Cooper and compo for the club of any new manager after taking four points from our opening two matches, you must be seriously, seriously deluded.

I don't doubt that he has contacts as we have seen. But this season we have only one new loan addition and that was from Wolves. We have taken two of last season's batch back yet doesn't seem any other new additions loan wise on the horizon.

Surely with this God of developing youth players at the helm we should be fighting them off which a shitty stick. Unless Lampard looked at the difference in performance between Gallacher at Charlton and him here

But Lampard has let us have Guehi back

I think we’ve got a decent reputation as a club that will look after big clubs’ prospects. That’s worth a lot, especially in these Covid times. Cooper is an obvious asset in that respect.

Shapeless, aimless, gutless.
Was I expecting anything else? No.
Naughton and Smith are full backs playing at CB. Rodon looks like he needs a month to up his pace.
White, Fulton and Grimes haven't turned up.
Bidwell has no skill and Routledge isn't a wing back.
Lowe look like he's too heavy to get off the ground and Ayew is trying too hard.
I'm not going to mention our future England goalkeeper.
