wOne of a number of players spotted by scout Kevin Reeves playing in Scotland who once he settled in at Swansea became a fans' favourite, barking out orders like a Walrus behind a steady defensive back row governed by Ash Williams.
The one aspect of his game he failed to conquer whilst playing for the Swans was a failure in saving penalties - apart from one in a pre-season friendly match v Sabadell.

Those who have been around JA/PS for long enough probably remember a fan who regularly stated he wasn't good enough to be our goalkeeper in League 1, only for him to go on to make over 200 Championship and even a few PL appearances...

If my memory serves me right he wasn't that popular as he very rarely came off his line when defending set pieces. Having said that, for some reason fans didn't like Jason Scotland. 53 league and cup goals in two seasons. Hmm
