That's a strange one considering Coleman moved here because they felt they needed someone who was living in the City and as Coleman as said, if you are going to be part of it then you need to be in and around it everyday.

A manager this day and age needs to be down here and I don't think living so far away will help this situation one bit.

Quicker he leaves then he won't have to commute.
Simple really.

The actions of a man who knew from day one he probably wouldn't be about for long.

You can't blame him.

If someone knocked on your door offering to promote you beyond your true level of ability with a fairly hefty wage hike, you'd take it wouldn't you?

Ultimately this is Andy Coleman's fault. He's one clueless mofo. Ridiculous appointment, he's got no idea what he's doing.

Just watched Duffs post presser.
This tool simply not for us.

Huw Jenkins would only appoint a manager if he agreed to move down to the area.

Was the main reason Brian Flynn was sacked his refusal to move down from Burnley.

We were also close to appointing Ian Holloway at one point but he wanted to commute from Somerset which Huw didn’t want.

Who cares. The less he sees of the players the better.

At this moment in time I bet he wished he lived in Vietnam never mind Cheltenham

This is not a stick to beat him with.

Where he lives is irrelevant.

Of course it's relevant.... Shows a lack of commitment.

It doesn't though, does it? His family may be settled in Cheltenham.

It's not a measurement of his success.

He could live on the moon for all I care, fact is, he's not very good at his job...

At least he doesn’t have to pay the bridge now.

I fear Duff is our Russel Slade appointment.

I hate the saying Swansea Way, but since Martinez we have as fans grown to be accustomed to nice, easy on the eye, passing football. Some managers since Martinez have created good teams others have struggled, but its more or less stayed on that philosophy, which I always thought was the right thing to do.

Martin's downfall is his inability to organize a defense, the suicidal tactics as players were not allowed to play long, even when they were cornered and overrun was awful.

What we needed was a Sousa type appointment, someone to strengthen the defense and maintain the system.

What we have is someone who wants to completely change the style to hoofball and maintain Martin's suicidal defense.

I fear the worse this season.
