Vigouroux, Galbraith, Tymon and Vipotnik are all top Championship quality and the kind of players that you can build promotion contending teams around.

Stamenic isn't far behind them. Tough to say what I think he needs to add to his game to take it to the next level, if anything I would only say consistency, some games he rules the midfield and cuts through the press and picks out passes like its nothing and other games he retreats right in between the center halves and removes himself as the link between the defense and midfield.

He needs to be more forward thinking imo. We've seen that he's capable of either playing long diagonals to the wing or marauding through the midfield through carrying the ball forward and he seems to have a knack of getting onto the end of loose balls in and around the box.

But more often then not he'd rather play a simple pass back to Burgess or Cabango and slow us down.

The yellow cards really do need to be cut down aswell.

Nathan Dyer played all 46 games in our promotion season. His stats? 2 goals and 7 assists (4,004 minutes).

Eom has played in 43 games this season and has 2 goals and 5 assists (2,381 minutes).

No-one was questioning Dyer's place in the team that season. Yes it would be lovely for Eom to add more goals to his game, but it's disingenuous to suggest that's the only thing that matters.

This is the issues with stats and people always referring to them.
How many runs does he make to draw a defender away?
How much of his movement helped create ball?
His ability to push and drive towards a player without the ball to close the space down and forcing them to play long etc, etc
There are many things players do and Eom does that goals and assists etc stats don’t pick up
