Eom

His performances have been decent all season for the most part imo. The stats haven't really reflected that, although no doubt we'd have needed him on the score sheet more often. He's got the ability.

His all round game does seem to have kicked on a bit in the last couple of months though.

last 3/4 games he’s looked stronger & more decisive on the ball. He’s always looked great on the ball, but he now seems to be producing an end product rather than some fancy footwork and no end result.

That assist against Leicester will have done his confidence a boost and it shows

He had a similar good run in the final few months of last season as well and we all thought he'd kick on this season and it didn't really happen for one reason or another. Let's hope he can make that step up next season as a few more assists/goals from him and he'd be a superstar. Lovely footballer to watch when he's on form.

Hit similar form end of last season, hope he can maintain it now. In fairness, he did have an injury back in August which set him back. It’s obvious that he has the talent and I think the physical side of his game has improved a lot too.

Has 5.88 expected assists this season, if he got those 6 assists we might be speaking about his season very differently. He can’t be blamed for the finishing of other players.

Was the best player on the pitch against Southampton and brilliant yesterday for his cameo.

He went on a lovely run yesterday, sat a defender on his ass before teeing Cullen up perfectly only for him to miss a glorious chance

It’s a common theme! His decision making (especially for crosses) is consistently good and he should have more assists than he does.

Stuff like this is what I mean when I say the stats don't really reflect the quality of his play.

I think I'm right in saying he missed practically the whole of pre-season. Far from ideal and would have certainly impacted him in the opening part of the season.

Always knew there was a player in there right from the start. Not saying hes been perfect, but a decent footballer all the same, just needed to bed himself in. 👍

With a bit of luck we could have 4 players playing in the World Cup .
