McDonald's sausage and egg mcmuffin does the job, it's better than the burgers, they should do them all day

Usually Fruit ‘n Fibre or bran flakes or Weetabix these days, unless at a hotel when it’s a full English/Welsh.
Strangely never had breakfast for most of my working life but elevensies kept me going then.

Omelette, everyday, with olives or chicken, or anything that’s in the fridge. Always have a good handful of rocket with olive oil and balsamic with it. Two or three cups of coffee.

Off to Menorca in July. It'll be a 9am swim in the sea before everyone rises followed by egg and chips at a beach side cafe. Sounds so wrong but it's great.
