• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

A lot of us thought Gyokeres was sh.. , many said the same about Tammy Abraham etc etc. But Itay Schecter I concur was utter.....

Not having that. Wasn't a great bit of play to lose the ball, but got caught on the blind-side and being a bit weak is hardly suicidal.

Absolutely not about having an entire thread made just slag one of our players off for a single poor bit of play. Especially when he's looked bright in a lot of his appearances for us.

He was good yesterday. Ran his socks off and linked up well. He’s never going to set the world alight as a striker, but given what he’s been asked to do that was one of his better showings for us. Yes, got knocked off the ball too easily for the goal, but the was still an option for Tymon to defend the cross. He was in position but still got done.

Call me crazy but I'd like to see Bianchini and Vipotnik up front together. Neither have shown they're good enough or have the attributes to play as a lone striker, but they have qualities that I fancy would compliment each other as a pair. Heaven forbid we should try anything as extravagant, mind you.

I'd like to see how they both do under a coach who doesn't think attack is something that you use to put posters up.

To me it looks like Bianchini would thrive given early ball onto the attacking runs that he makes (which he doesn't get), and Vipotnik would be a lot more effective given decent early ball into the penalty area (which he also doesn't get).

They're not the only forwards that Williams has basically screwed over. Hopefully they will be the last.

if he was only 19 i'd forgive him for that shit that cost us the game last night.
He's not played that much bit parts mostly, he's not a million pound player mind, remind me again as to how he cost us the game? Key give the penalty away
I didn't see all of the game as I had more important things to see to.
