ANd for those who do not want to believe the facts of the situation.
The Trust were first informed of the deal when Huw Jenkins and Dineen told myself, Stuart McDonald and Huw Cooze about the possibility. This took place in his office at the Liberty and was a meeting arranged at the request of Jenkins.
Within 48 hours of that meeting an official letter was sent from the Trust informing all the (then) current shareholders that we could be interested in selling if the terms were correct and it was beneficial to the club and Trust.
So its probably for the best that those who say "the Trust say they would never sell" forget trotting out that line as it was conveniently used by the sellers from time to time and has long since been stated it was not true.
The correspondence in question was provided to the QC and the Trusts legal team and formed part of my witness statement
