Coventry is in the West Midlands, despite being further east than Derby. So you could also add Birmingham and West Brom to that list of obnoxious supporters.

Never had a reason to dislike Villa, Walsall or Wolves. I wonder if that is because their supporters are less entitled or because we have spent less time in the same divisions as them?
Molineux is one of the three nastiest places I’ve been with the Swans. West Ham, and Liverpool were the others (both Everton and Liverpool). Walsall…hmm…might I venture Paul Merson. Villa Park is one of my favourite grounds.

Interesting. I have a soft spot for both Upton Park (but not the new stadium) and Anfield, as two of the grounds where I have seen the Swans applauded off the pitch by the home fans. (I’ve also seen some appalling behaviour by fans of both clubs so I do know what you mean.) And I very much agree about Everton.

My worst grounds would be Millwall, Luton and Arsenal, the latter two when we were in the old First Division.

They may well be, but I don't think many of us were that impressed with them against us, I certainly wasn't. They will struggle big time to make the step up without some serious investment in strengthening a team only slightly better than the chasing pack. After all, teams have run away with this league and struggled.

Leeds and Burnley both amassed 100 points last season in the Championship. Sunderland managed 76, losing their last 5 games and then squeezed through the playoffs.

How those 3 teams are faring now shows that what happens in the summer regarding transfers is more important than how the teams did in the Championship and that it's pointless making predictions on how promoted teams will do.
