A few weeks back, I walked from the St Davids car park towards Oxford Street, and I was absolutely gobsmacked at the amount of cardboard boxes laying on the floor, as in the homeless mattresses, And it was freezing at the time as well, and then as I walked a bit further, there was some poor chap sleeping in the doorway of Primark, this was like 5pm.

It really is. Whatever their problems, nobody should have to sleep outdoors. No matter what their problems are, there should always be a warm place for people in need to get their head down.
