I'm a Grimes Fan and not one to single players out but stats can tell me he does this or that, but let's face it. We need to

1. Strip him of the arm band
2. Give it to a player that is vocal and gets reaction.

All Grimes does is team huddle, slightly clap his hands to bring his team enthusiasm up and then will blow his nose with one finger and walk off when we are losing. I never see him pull players up in the game.

I'm told by all the current and past managers he is great team captain. His wife has a WhatsApp group for all new players partners. Who cares. Give me a good old fashioned captain, non of this how's your wife.

Every manager has lorded over him. It's not helping Williams playing him like he is in defence. That aside, he can perform and usually when he plays well the team does. Issue is, he has not done this as much this season. No issues with him in the team but need a different captain. Who? Go figure.
