Not sure whether Saints had put out feelers at that stage but I reckon contact had already been made soon after Selles was appointed.

I knew that he was told in January that they wouldn’t be renewing his contract… the relationship with the owners had completely soured by that point… I don’t think anything was lined up for him at that point tho

Yeah I think they had their heart set on the Leicester manage for top choice.
