I've heard

Of course they have if true.
I would suspect there are ways and means that can be pursued to get rid of Williams......I suppose they know things like these can be sneaked into the public domain and would suspect they likely said the right thing to right person.
If they did, it looks like it worked but ultimately it's just highlighting how incompetent they are.
I'm not going to the forum, but questions like this need to be addressed, wouldn't surprise me if Williams and Montague went into an interview room together with their power point presentation skills they've learned off good ole Russ

It's a concern if LW sold the Montague appointment to Coleman. That buys LW time regardless of results

They're American, they stick together, they would've conversed prior to the Swans with any American with a data sheet at a soccer club.. what would you do if you were Williams, I would've had private discussions with an obvious ally in Montague and strike a deal that either makes me more money or buy me time to make me even more money especially after captain Stattler left.. everyone is like this in any career.. worms, snakes.. playing games, throwing people under the bus, bullshit

I don't know what the answers to your questions are, don't shoot the messenger, apparently the ownership group have said they can't afford to sack him within the confines of the building/meeting room.. my guess? They've chucked all their eggs in the Montague basket.. if we get rid of Williams, Montague will follow, costing the club £s
He recommended Montague to Coleman then, making his own position more secure, he couldn't care less what happens to the team then obviously, league one beckons and we got rid of dumb and dumber for this lot, fuk my eyes.

Don't know max, but they all need to grow up

Most companies see a vision and pipeline for success. LW clearly saw a gap in his plan (if he even had one) to convince the owners how he can fix and improve results. Coleman sadly has to play ball for a while to justify the appointment which means LW is going nowhere any time soon.

It's obvious they're going to see it through, no matter what when Montague was appointed, since news that Montague was on the scene, Williams would've been on speed dial with the whole WBA circus and results business going down the pan

So you see no panic decision coming from Coleman to sack LW?

I don't know, I don't have the owners and Coleman on speed dial, I'm just putting out there what these "class" of people would do, some people don't have values or principles, they just want money, so they can buy a prostitute wife, and both sit in the sun and do f*ck all..

It’s funny seeing old usernames under new personas thinking they’re being well edgy. Twats.

Someone mentioned that the cost of relegation would be estimate at 7 million per year… I think the club have to take a gamble here.

We ARE going down. Its just a matter of when.
It simply isnt possible to keep reducing the quality of the squad season on season, and expect to stay up.
The squad has been weakened each season since we arrived back in the Championship, even if only marginally. That only ends one way.

Except if Montague had written in his contract that getting rid of the current manager will cost them his services and he actively put a figure in his contract.. my source is an ex-swan, and solid and knows who goes into board meetings
If we’ve signed any contract like that then Coleman and co have sunk to new depths of stupidity
