Very good track record of being an attacking manager. Good win rate (granted Sheehan did ). Has more experience and is highly rated, tactically. No he is not the next Mesiah , well at present. But is a manager that in theory has something we have not had for a long time. Worth reading some articles about him, seems like he is a coup for us. I'm excited.
