Other than his current club Hellberg doesn't stats don't look amazing. Maybe I'm bitter. But win rate in last 2 roles are poor to average.

IF Sylvia - Games 30 - Won 11 - Drew 5 - Lost 14 - Win Percentage 36.67%

IFK Varnamo - Games 65 - Won 26 - Drew 13 - Lost 26 - Win Percentage 40%

Hammarby IF - Games 73 - Won 41 - Drew 15 - Lost 17 - Win Percentage 56.16%
Funny if he were to crash and burn.

Varnamo are a tiny team and he joined them before their first ever season in the Allsvenskan, with many predicting they'd finish bottom by some way. They survived easily finishing 10th, and they followed that up with an incredible 5th place finish the following season. That's what got him the move to Hammarby where he's had 2 x runners up finishes

Don't twist knife any more..... 😉😉😉 I'm trying to find negatives in Hellberg going to Boro 😋😋😋

Awful attitude, he might be too young (but same age as Helberg), too new to management, but there's no doubt we need a manager with that attacking mentality and organisational skills (something Sheehan didn't have). You sound like you have the answer to everything, something tells me that you don't. Maybe a touch less dogmatic on your part would work better?
To do worse than Sheehan this season he’d have to scrap with the players at half time

I'm not going to knock anyone for doing the best he can for himself and his family. We lost out on this occasion, so we suck it up and move on. Maybe he'll be a success at Boro, maybe he won't. I couldn't care less, except when they play us.

You can never judge what didn’t happen. He could fail there and have been successful with us or he could be successful there and failed with us. Or he could have succeeded or failed with both.

I’m sure we all still remember ‘poor Swansea’, when Fester paid us for Sousa and we got Rodgers.
