He's certainly a fan of the ball at feet and keeping hold of possession type of manager.
Most managers get found out, managers will be a certain fit with certain clubs.....roll up at the wrong club and they will get found out. It doesn't mean they are not good managers just not a good fit to that role.

Like I said, another sideways and backwards manager who has been found out.
