No, the opposite. It got brought forward because Snoop became available. It was planned the home and away would be released the same time.

And the design is a take on the old Evening Post jersey as I alluded to earlier in the thread.

The play on the retro design, it's a good call but they picked the wrong one for me.

Think it should have been more around the DP shirts from mid 80s into early 90s.

Be nice to see the away one like the black and red gulf oil from 1995.

There was speculation earlier in this thread that the checkered design on the neck and sleeves of the home kit may be a homage to Modric (as the Croatian flag and national team kits have that red and white checkered motif) and a hint that the away kit will go full checkered. SCFC normally launch both home and away kits at the same time, so maybe there's another big reveal coming. Or maybe they just did a soft launch with Snoop to get people excited and they'll still do the formal launch for both at the same time. Negotiations with Snoop could explain the delay in the kit launch (as opposed to just incompetence).

BTW - great to see the old Swan back on the travel stuff albeit it’s very weird commercially to be using different club badges for different things.

That badge is really nice on the travel wear, it's good that they are giving it a bit of air time and fully appreciated by many it seems.
