• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

O'Brien is a very good championship level player who struck it lucky with his present contract with the scabs, he'll still be too rich for us though, possibly one of the relegated sides coming back down would be interested.
Like us all l’d love to see O’Brien, Delcroix here next season and Darling

My son didn’t mess about when he turned the page to April on his Swans calendar.

From today's Cov write up, "Coventry's lead did not last long when 11 minutes later Matt Grimes gave the ball away in midfield, and after Marcus Edwards found Josh Cullen his pull-back fell invitingly into the path of Anthony who had the simplest of tasks to tap home into an empty net."

He was poor today along with the rest of them (although I’ll give Joe a pass). Still glad he’s out there instead of Statty.
I rated Lewis when he joined and cannot fault his efforts. But I feel we could do better come summer. He looked class first matches. But started to notice he gives away ball alot and doesn't really have any finish. Take Olivier Ntcham for example. Different player and looked at times that he was walking in matches, but always had something to add and finish was there. Hopefully with Melker Widell coming in he will bring the number 10 role we have needed for while.

Different class.
The clever way he floats to find crucial pockets of space is class. Kudos to Sheehan for giving him that advanced floating role which allows him to lose his markers and make his impact elsewhere, everywhere.
