• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Be one hell of a loan if we could get him, can't see it happening though.

They seem to rate him at the Gunners, most think he is better than Nkeith.

In the Brewster mold this one, fact that he has 6 months left on his contract could be a huge thing for us..... If he gets goals then he is on for a big money earner in the summer, a new contract or signing on fee with another club with a wage increase.

"Swansea City have made contact with Arsenal over signing hotshot teen striker Folarin Balogun, according to reports."

He is definitely a class player.

I guess he'll sign a new deal before joining on loan

You would think so, but maybe he's refusing to do so and Arsenal would rather have someone else paying his wages for the rest of the season if he's leaving in the summer? Similar to the Borini loan.

Yeah good point, didn't Borini already sign a pre contract with Parma before joining us on loan?

With Palmer & MGW definitely gone & possibly Gyokeres, we definitely need people in and Balogun would be an excellent addition so let's hope we can get this over the line. Would still like another midfielder as well though.

Never mind would like K, we actually need at least one midfielder if we are serious about going up.

Sounds like he’s off abroad having signed a pre-contract deal with a foreign club...so suspect we’ll be looking elsewhere

It was always going to be a long shot tbh, I'd be shocked if we landed him.

Could actually work in our favour, arsenal won’t want him in the 23s if he’s off and his new club might want him to play
