Not sure the brains on here can explain more. Is this a worry or normal procedure?

Silverstein’s company apparently?

That looks like a security document to me, probably to secure his recent investment in the club rather than a cash loan.

It's amazing how many people are pouncing on this as new information.

We borrowed money from Stormlight (The Silverstein Family fund) more than a month ago. This was reported as investment but was obviously a loan. Remains to be seen whether it's interest bearing or will be swapped for equity.

So, those who cheered the nigh £1m signing of Lowe, it'll either cost us in interest or deplete the Trust's holding in the club. Hope it's worth it.

It's quite embarassing for Stu James to be asking questions like that. You'd think a journalist who most people somehow think is well informed would have bothered doing his research.

Yep he’s a bit of a cock anyway if you ask me he seems to think he’s special like most of the other journos that report on the Swans.

Imagine paying to read his bilge too.

Effectively it appears that about 55% of the shares have been secured under this agreement. Probably means that most of Levien and Kaplans shares are gone plus another 10,000,000. The Stormlight Elrych company was set up in July this year pretty much means that the club is in there hands

Never been that impressed with him. Seems to do more parrotting what fans think than bothering to research and report opinions of his own. Some people hang on his every word tho. Go figure.

I couldn’t agree more.

Standard, but I'm surprised it was dated 11th September, would have expected the paperwork to have finalised earlier.
Superficially it appears there is much trust between the parties.
