I would withdraw the franchise for anyone living outside the U.K.You can feck right off, I'm a British citizen and therefore perfectly entitled to vote in British general elections in perpetuity. And conversely, not allowed to vote in Spain at any level above local council.

It's the one you were last a UK resident in, so in my case North Herefordshire.
