If we’d appointed prime Fergie in the mid nineties there would still be “fans” on here whinging.

Russ spent 2 years putting a project together with minimal backing and it looked like it was all starting to click at the end of last season (plus he delivered 4 wins over Cardiff)

Wild that we have decided to rip that up completely and start a brand new project.

Once again, it’s a poor start for a team in yet another transition. Let’s judge Duff after his team has settled though and not give the usual PS knee jerk “sack him” reaction

It’s not a choice. Martin chose to leave, he’s not coming back. Potter or Duff? Rodgers or Duff? Cooper or Duff? Monk or Duff? Meaningless.

No improvement , I’d swap the tail end of last season for the shite that’s been served up so far, fair play to Martin he even made Wood and Cabango look like footballers.
Rumours last year ( unfounded) that players were unhappy I’d certainly believe it if the same thing was said this season.

I like the logic that it's not true that players were unhappy last season because you liked that manager, but it would be true this season because you don't like this manager. I'd expect better of a fan since '73...

Where did we finish? Oh yeah mid table, bang average manager who’s had 4 mid table finishes, move on and support the current one like you did the previous one, stop talking bollocks, I supported Martin gave him more time than a lot of others on here but once we had that abysmal run of games enough was enough, he was lucky he was employed till the end of the season.
