Martin won one in seven in the SPL for 8 points.
Rohl has played three won three in the SPL for 9 points.

We could use that sort of failure here.
I'd take the failure of winning points over winning the pretty passes back and forth in our 18 yard box before conceding a goal tip of failure.

No definitely not. Nowhere near as bad as he's made out to be by some on here but no idea why we'd go back to someone who did a pretty meh job overall, and done badly since he left.

Seriously, it’s not happening but would it be so bad?
The football during those final twelve games under him was superb, he even improved the likes of Cabango, got Southampton promoted under a huge weight of expectation and like many others including Danny Rohl failed at Rangers.
Probably learned from his mistakes, knows the club and is still popular with many, many of you were wetting yourselves at the prospect of a Swedish unknown taking the job!!

Learned from his mistakes. :ROFLMAO: I know others have already said, but have you seen his Soton and Rangers sides?

Absolutely stubbornly stuck to his foot-bore-ll principles. The only time he had some success with us was when he dumped them.

After the fiasco at Rangers, appointing Russell Martin would render us a laughing stock and would surely end with us in League 1 next season.
And he’d walk off with more undeserved compo. I seriously believe there are people out there getting into management knowing the compo would set them up for a good few years.
75 nos to 3 yeses. If that was re-elected in attendances we’d be getting way less than 3k support

Martin would have to absolutely piss the league, and I mean 75%+ win percentage, for me to even begin stomaching his football-by-Excel. We all know that isn't going to happen.

Can’t be arsed replying to every post but one word……PROGRESS, many of you obviously don’t understand the concept.

Changing the philosophy into a product of boring, statistical football isn't 'progress'. Do you think Russ would have taken us even higher if he'd stayed with us?

Maybe actually reply to some people, if not all, rather than give condescending platitudes.

Honestly!!! Like talking to a brick wall, why don’t some of you turn your sharp analytical brains to the last eleven games under him.., oh wait, they were all against teams who had nothing to play for mun🤣unlike Sheehans run which was against teams who all had something to play for….absolute bolloc from some of you.

The contributors to this forum represent a tiny proportion of the fanbase, the vast majority of fans ( you know the ones who actually part with money to watch games) would have no problem with it…hypothetical though because it’s not happening.
I part with money.
My son parts with money.
My daughter parts with money.
My grandson parts with money. Well my money 😁
But we wouldn't next year if the beardy vegan was there. We just couldn't put up with that amount of boredom again.

Take it a step further back and lets use those sharp analytical brains to work through the run of what was it one win in twenty odd games?

Bristol City v Swansea City
