Does anyone know if you can pitch up to the stadium on matchday and buy a ticket? Reason I ask is that I may be able to go tomorrow but having checked the official website it seems the ticket office is closed at the present time. When it is open, the site suggests Monday to Friday opening times only, no mention of Saturday. Would seem odd not to be able to buy on the day.

Normally when I go I have access to a relative's season and in the past I've known I'm going to be in Swansea and so have bought in advance on line

Thoughts?

I think its a no pay on the day basis these days 😒

Pretty sure they sell tickets from a booth outside the West Stand on matchdays.

Tickets are still available on line ?
Can you not buy on there ?

Thanks for the responses folks. Another question, of I phone the ticket office tomorrow will anyone be there?

Ok ta. Confession time though, truth is I'm borrowing brother in law's season. He expected to be here but has COVID. His physical ticket is with him at home in Cheshire but he phoned the ticket office and they were happy to print out a "copy" that I could use tomorrow. Trouble is I didn't realise the ticket office is closed on Saturday and I thought I could just pitch up tomorrow and pick up the print out they did for me. Didn't want to advertise this as I wasn't sure about borrowing season tickets!

If the ticket office is closed I'm stuffed!

Do you have a decent mobile ?
You can just download the Swans App and log into his account for online version ?
Club is fine about other people using ST's.
Although officially you cant.
I bought a couple of ST's or a relative for the Fulham game.
No issue at all.

I have also had paper tickets of mine printed when I wanted to give them to relatives but not give them ST card

Ticket office I think will be open either way

(Edit) From the OS : Tickets

Season ticket holders will require either their season ticket card or digital in-app ticket in order to enter the Swansea.com Stadium.

Match ticket holders must print their tickets and ensure the print quality is satisfactory before travelling to the stadium.

The ticket office will be open from 10am on Saturday (March 19) to assist supporters with any queries regarding their match ticket. Alternatively, supporters can email ticketing@swanseacity.com or call 01792 616400 and select option 1.

Fans who DO NOT have a match ticket SHOULD NOT attend the stadium.

Fans displaying symptoms of Covid-19 SHOULD NOT attend

Thanks for all the help fellow Jacks! Let's hope RM and the team step up and deliver again today. We need to gain some momentum I feel

So can I buy a ticket through the app and scan it on my phone when I get there or does it have to be a printed ticket?

In the past when I've bought tickets online they are emailed to me. I don't print but make sure I can access the bar code or QR on the ticket attachment and I show that to the scanner at the turnstile. Was easy and if you have two tickets on one email you can easily lean into the scanner to.let the first person on then scan your own.

Ticket office is open today till half time and was dead quiet when I called in about an hour ago. Give them a call and they may even print out a ticket for you as they did for me
