• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I hope that the club does report him.
When you watch the replay there is absolutely no way it wasn't intentional
The movement of his foot was so unnatural he didn't even try to hide it

This.It was horrible.

He should get a lifetime ban for that, could easily have killed Ronald.
If it was a proper kick then I would agree it could have been dangerous
It was more petulant than dangerous but should still have been a red

Partly agree, but ..head/face..eyes/studs
especially when your not looking where your foot goes.

The officiating was so shit all game that I’m not surprised it wasn’t spotted. Worth reporting.
The only defense you could give is that the linesman was on the opposite side of the pitch and the ref was about 40 yards away from the incident with multiple players in the way.

VAR would have had him for breakfast.
On the plus side because he wasn't punished for it the FA can cite him for it (not that it does us any favours)

Wasn't it Arsene Wenger, when Ash launched a ball out and it hit van Persie in the head whilst he was on the floor.
No it was ferguson, the best part was chico's trip on van purse strings as he got up to confront ash

Makes you laugh when you see Parkinson moaning about the tackle on O'Brien when you see McLean doing things like this.

Love the fact we got under their skin
