• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

It's around the corner from the Wellington Hotel, basically a minutes walk away, I'll take a photo of the bangers and post them up on this thread 👌
There’s a cracking bakery a few doors down from that hotel as well.

Something like 40% meat in those things. Literally the minimum they can legally get away with. Horrible things but they’re the only sausage she’ll eat (stop sniggering at the back there).
My Nan is 85, smokes 20 a day and eats richmond sausages and rubbish bacon, she eats full fat chips and a pasty nearly every day.. she also eats those £1 rustler burgers.. I told her she better slow down and quit smoking, because she won't make 90!

I've been told by a biomedical scientist who studied at PhD level in Oxford, it's not your diet that causes ill health, it's all to do with a faulty gene you're born with, a poor diet exacerbates the trigger apparently

Fair enough, but over indulgence of alcohol and a bad diet will eventually effect your vital organs however faulty/good your genetic make-up is...

Back on subject though, Keir Starmer, and spouse, needs to stop taking anything for nothing thrown thier way and start to get this country of ours going on an upwards curve again.
Unless it's sausage related...
