New manager assistants

You are entitled to your opinion but it seems some with football knowledge tend to disagree .Joey and Leon had input into last nights selection and may still have a say on Saturday....Craig Bellamy is obvious cluless too as he thinks highly of Cullen ...but then what would he know.
You’re right. Joey and Leon will take us to the promise land.

Fulton for the Ballon Door

Didn't help the whole squad was terrible in second half. Agree with you. To be fair and god forgive me for saying this. If and that is if you forced me I would have Fulton in the team over Cullen. If Fulton is in the squad so be it but Cullen brings nothing. We need Widell or Yalcouye.
Neither of them do.

Fulton has played 300 hundred games and has not put in one decent 90 minute performance in those games

To quote the Major in Fawlty Towers.

No !! I won't have that.

There was that one game in 2016 ...

Seriously though, he was decent once upon a time, 300 games not to be dismissed, compared to loads we've seen and gone after one season in recent years. But yes, his time has passed, thanks Jay, best to move on to finish your career.

Could do worse than have appointed Basil Fawlty in charge with the major as his assistant. At least it would have been entertaining, with Fawlty thrashing the referee with a branch after a disallowed goal for us.

As a defensive central midfielder Fulton did his job last night in the first half and it enabled Galbraith to play further up the pitch. The capitulation in the second half wasn't down to one man it was more of a collection of players who were unable to keep control of the ball in the opponents that gave them the opportunity time and time again to counter.

Where is Yalcouye? At the start of the season he was a breath of fresh air driving and opening up the opposition. Is he being punished for getting a red card, is he injured or is he just biding his time and is being sent back to Brighton when the window opens?

Whatever Bellamy sees in Cullen for Wales is not what is effective playing for the Swans. I get the impression when watching that we are playing with ten men and without pace missing through the centre of the pitch he struggles to get in the game. The way we are playing, to get more out of Cullen we might as well revert to 442 where he can play alongside Vipotnik or Idah.

The club told Matos that it was a formality his assistants and required staff would be able to work in the UK - they've now had to inform him this may not be the case - so now have to figure out an alternative plan.

Understandably this has not gone down well, especially as these staff may now find themselves unemployed by Maritimo and to make matters worse, the compensation fee was based on multiple staff - but not contingent on them legally being able to work in the UK.

The January window is too close to be impacted but the club are actively discussing hiring a Director of Football or somebody to fulfil a similar role and give Matos more support as currently Gorringe is the only member of the leadership structure on the ground on a day to day basis.

Where is this coming from?

There is an alternative view that matos was told it will be unlikely his staff will get work permits. He was happy to accept role and build his assistants in role. I’m sure we’ll find out soon which version is correct.

Again, where is this coming from?

Blimey! If this is true then someone deserves their P45.
