The fact they are not already in place, does show signs of concern but as somebody who has had to go through the visa process before it can be slow. Matos probably took preference and the others might not get fast tracked so I hope things can get sorted and it is just a case of there being a slight delay.

So, we appoint a Manager and go in for his coaches but it doesn't happen because they can't obtain work permits! You don't see that as a red flag?

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. Let's not cover it up, it will be embarrassing and won't look good for the club if his coaches don't arrive.

We don't even know for a fact their permits have been turned down and if they have they aren't the only football coaches out there.

And I will praise him if he does a good job, my annoyance is angled as much towards Gorringe also (if you hadn't noticed).

If it involves Swansea and things not being done correctly or professionally then they will have my obsession.

Even a bit of basic vetting - a couple of phone calls - could have told them how likely it was to get work permits for the rest of them. It just smacks of not knowing what they're doing.

And for anyone saying "oh it's ok, he can just have Leon and Joe" that's all well and good, and I'm sure they'd be more than willing, but head coaches usually like to surround themselves with known people that they trust and have a good relationship with. Anyone who underestimates the importance of this does so at their peril.

Montague, crap transfer window, fella's that no one have ever heard of before may not get a work permit, Christmas Day is on a Wednesday this year.

We get you've got an agenda against the pair of them, there's no need to remind us all on a daily basis.

Not a case of of Joe and Leon carrying on, it's clear they aren't up to it based on that starting eleven against Derby.

For all we know their workpermits will get the green light during the week. If not there are other people out there. if this guys doesn't know anyone else that's massive worry.

Also the blame should lay with Matos, why would he make the move if he knew his coaching team had a chance of not joining him.

Not everything is the fault of the club, especially if hasn't happened yet.
