I believe he has. But I wouldn't rule anything out. The Tories are now in utter chaos, like cornered rats. Anyway they are on borrowed time, trouble is what more mess are they going to leave behind. I have bad feeling it will be Johnson or Mordant (Who may be as poor as Truss, she has been around the cabinet for a while but was invisible prior to this whole circus commencing).
If they do appoint BJ then you have to think there will be people on the streets demanding change, how can it be that a small elite can cause so much damage and not be brought to account.

A week is a long time in politics and many of those anti Johnson MP's might now be having second thoughts. Let's face it, there are not many remotely suitable candidates in a very bad bunch.
