Next PM?

Had a peep through Facebook earlier and was stunned to see a guy I know who’s a cop championing Boris. I’d expect people whose role it is to uphold the law, embrace high standards in public office and to roundly reject a dishonest chancer like Boris, not the case though.
One of the girls I work with was talking about the new PM tonight, she was also in favour of Boris. Thick as mince - she was duly savaged by one of the more intellectual members of the team.

Boris Johnson again , I despair at that thought .

The guy thought lock down rules did not apply to himself and his mates , waffled his way through the many enquiries that followed , and got away scot free , resigned to then go on the after dinner speech circuit .

Nadine Dorries will believe Xmas has come early .

Given the amount of self-harm the country has subjected itself to since 2016 is it any surprise that the membership is largely made up of sh!tforbrains, cronies and criminals.

Surely not that scruffy tw@ who was in Number 10 before Truss? Hasn't he still got investigations of wrongdoing open against him?

I believe he has. But I wouldn't rule anything out. The Tories are now in utter chaos, like cornered rats. Anyway they are on borrowed time, trouble is what more mess are they going to leave behind. Not going to be easy to clear up the aftermath.🤔

Wallace has come out for Johnson. Another one only worried about personal advancement. He's going to get it when he gets to the piss stained colonels at a canter.

There really need to be riots.

Surely even the most committed Brexiteer / Tory can see that the public will not stand for BJ again, the markets will crash again if Sunak is not appointed. I can see the Tory’s imploding as many MP’s have already declared they will not serve under BJ.

I have bad feeling it will be Johnson or Mordant (Who may be as poor as Truss, she has been around the cabinet for a while but was invisible prior to this whole circus commencing).

If they do appoint BJ then you have to think there will be people on the streets demanding change, how can it be that a small elite can cause so much damage and not be brought to account.

Working class people are being screwed over royally here.

They always are and always have been whenever the Tories have held power. It’s literally why the Conservative Party exists.

A week is a long time in politics and many of those anti Johnson MP's might now be having second thoughts. Let's face it, there are not many remotely suitable candidates in a very bad bunch.

Its working class votes that keep the Tories in power , albeit stupid working class , if Boris can muster 100 MP votes he might well be back as PM which might be better for labour than sunak , an early election might be more likely with Johnson
