What do we do?

I am sick of mid season "patching up" with manager changes and loans.

How many new players (again)?

Changes in the boardroom?

Get championship football next season even if we have to sell our souls. Then the club needs to over haul.... Gorringe and Worth.

Takes a year (ish) for new players to bed in to a different country/league. Not sure we'll need a huge amount of work done once everyone has properly settled in. Look at the difference in Vipi last season to this. Loan players to be replaced with permanents/better loans. Some youth players making the step up?

Do you think Vipotnik has taken a big leap this season? He touched the ball 10 times after the first 10 seconds.

Honestly, I agree — it usually takes around a year for players to really settle into a new country, league, and style of play. You can already see how much Vipi improved from last season to this one once he got comfortable.

If the rest of the squad follows that same curve, we probably won’t need a massive rebuild. Just replace the loan players with permanent options or better-quality loans, and hopefully a couple of youth players can step up and fill gaps. Stability might do more for the team now than big changes.

Whatever you think about his all-around play, he has 9 goals before Christmas. Our top scorer last season (Cullen) had 12 over the whole season and Vipotnik had 7.

More goals scored in less than half the games played? Hard to argue that's not a significant improvement.

I think whatever happens VP and Galbraith will be sold for big money in the summer sadly.

Need some kind of DoF. None of the current clowns appear to be accountable for anything or to anyone, unless an owner decides to make a flying visit, but they appear to be CC well out of their depth.

Agree with that

We also need to be mindful of finances as a club of our size with some fickle support we have spent a lot on signings, wages and sackings.
A new right back and keeping our best players for another season if we can.
The budget is always going to be limited. Stability and safety are the first targets then see if we can kick on from there.
