Right phone has charged, typed in covid 19 app and I'm getting multiple choices back, and a few with the nhs logo, what is the correct one?

Could somebody screenshot the correct one from the app store for me thanks

There was an issue with it not accepting NHS test results, but they announced yesterday it had been fixed.

"A minority of people, such as hospital patients, who were unable to log their positive result can now request a code when contacted by NHS Test and Trace to input on their app."
