Granny Drakeford basically confirmed that the jabs/booster don't work along with covid passes.
NHS already fcked. When my Mrs collapsed a week before she died, 999 said there was a 4-6 hour wait for an ambulance FFS. And when she passed certain sections wanted cause of death as covid. It wasn't covid at all.
Yes I'm bitter, and very very sceptical.
So sorry to hear about your Mrs, must have been awful enough waiting for the ambulance, but I can only imagine the grief on her passing.
I'm not surprised by your bitterness.

Make no mistake, this is just a political move by Drakeford to align with the Scottish krankie. For Wales & Scotland to align with England is a no-no. Scant regard for the economy from the power mad second rate politicians unable to make it in the big world

And here is another little gem for you: the restrictions will be lifted before the six nations to protect the Cardiff bubble economy 😀

No doubt the club will be pissed off at all this. Why not contact Southampton and ask if we can switch the tie there. Half each gate receipts, no rules to say we cant travel to see it plus no doubt BBC Wales be ok to screen it.
Mad idea???

The point of jabs is to save lives. Your own life. Yes , you can get and transmit Covid if you’ve had your jabs, but the point is the jabs give extra help if you’ve been unfortunate enough to have been infected. Especially for older, more frail people and those of us who are immuno suppressed / compromised.
So basically it’s up to you, get jabbed and give yourself a better chance or don’t get jabbed and leave it to luck. Your decision, your life.
Please don’t tell others what they should decide about their own lives!

Sorry , should be quoting Nocountryforoldjack when he(?)asked ”What’s the point of the jabs?”

I can see this shit is getting to you because the above post is truly embarrassing, I'm embarrassed for you, where did I tell you what to do? Fuck my eyes talk about over reaction. Just for balance a good friend of ours died horrificly ten days after the jab from the jab.

It's not a jab you need it's a valium seriously.

I’m very sorry for your loss. My mother died from Covid related issues before vaccines were available, I wish she had been able to choose to have the option of a jab As I said previously, it’s your choice whether to have a jab or not. I choose to have it , you may not.
You didn’t tell me what to do and I apologise if it came across that way, I was just answering the question you asked “what’s the point of the jabs”.
Thanks for your concern about my well being. Stay safe.

The point is absolutely right. Nobody is mandating either decision and a death in a vaccinated individual is equally as sad as one in someone who made another choice but at population level there is no doubt that the vaccines improve mortality rates.

Thank you Mute for your measured reply and I very sorry for your loss ,I've lost my dad and a much loved nan this year alone. my condolences to you and your family. you hit the nail on the head ,its the freedom of choice and I would never tell another person what they should do in that regards, my point was that the authorities lead people to believe that once masked up and jabbed and boosted then we could get back to normal....just seems to me that there's no end. I cannot be alone in that surely?

Yeah totally, all deaths are very sad, jabbed or not jabbed. on your last point, do you have any independent scientific evidence that backs that up? I`d like to see that.

You don’t think that vaccines improve mortality rates?

You may argue about its independence but I trust the ONS and UK data on known cases and mortality. We know mortality data can be inaccurate for cause of death but bar one change in how CoVID was counted as the cause, we can see that the mortality rate v case incidence has definitely deceased since the advent of vaccination, as has hospitalisation.
This is not pharmaceutical company data.

To be fair, nothing against a differing view, or we’d still think the earth was flat and ruled by sky pixies (yeah..I know…), but that made me really rub my eyes too.
