Looking at the Forest deal to buy him it was a 10m combo deal for him and Toffolo. Value 6m for him 4 for Toff, so with 1 year left on contract Forest will owe Huddersfield 1.5m which is probably the loan fee they will want from us. Be a great deal if it comes off and then he signs on a free next year.

But there maybe other clubs out there who would want to buy him outright from Forest for more. His loan interest over the last few years seems to indicated noone is queueing up for him so

He might have indicated that he is only interested in coming to us which forces Forest hand.
